APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Documents to be submitted upon application

  1. Duly accomplished Application Form (Downloadable) and Recommendation Form (Downloadable).
  2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office).
  3. Two 2×2 recent colored ID pictures.
  4. Photocopy of the latest Report Card with at least the 1st quarter/term grades, with the student’s Learner Reference Number.

Note: The Registrar’s Office will require an original Final Report Card signed by the School Head/Principal, indicating the completed level and the eligible level for admission, before enrollment.

 For Applicants with dual citizenship

  • Copy of Philippine passport and/or
  • Copy of Identification Certificate as Filipino/Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen/Naturalization Certificate as Filipino.

 

St. Bridget School is currently accepting ON-SITE student applications.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

 STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Option 1: Onsite Submission
    Submit hard copies of the required documents to the Records Office.
  • Option 2: Email Submission
    Send scanned copies of the required documents to sbsqc@stbridgetschool-qc.edu.ph and wait for confirmation.
 STEP 2: PAYMENT AND EXAM PERMIT

  • Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Php 500.00 at the cashier or via bank transfer.

  • Present the payment receipt at the Records Office to receive the School Readiness Assessment Permit.
 STEP 3: EXAMINATION AND INTERVIEW

  • Exam: Go to the Guidance Office on the scheduled date, present your permit, and take the exam.
  • Interview: After the exam, the student and parents will have an interview with the Guidance Counselor.
  • Result: Admission results will be provided immediately after the interview.
