APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

In compliance with DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2025 (Amendment to DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016),

St. Bridget School strictly follows the prescribed age requirement for Kindergarten admission.

Age Requirement

  • Applicants must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026.
  • Applicants who will turn 5 years old after October 31, 2026 may still be considered for admission if they meet any of the following conditions:

Completed 1 school year in an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program and A Certificate of Completion or Attendance from a recognized or permitted Child Development Center or Learning Center.

OR

The applicant completed and passed the Early Childhood Development Checklist (ECD) administered by the school during enrollment. This evaluation confirmed the applicant’s readiness for Kindergarten.

Expected Basic Skills for Kindergarten

  • Writes his/her name
  • Identifies letters and their sounds
  • Counts and recognizes numbers 1–10
  • Names and recognizes colors and shapes

Documents to Submit Upon Application

  • Duly accomplished Application Form (Downloadable).
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office).
  • Two (2) recent 2×2 colored ID pictures

For Applicants with Dual Citizenship

  • Copy of Philippine Passport and/or
  • Copy of Identification Certificate as Filipino, Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen, or Naturalization Certificate as Filipino

 

ST. BRIDGET SCHOOL is currently accepting ON-SITE student applications.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
 STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Option 1: Onsite Submission
    Submit hard copies of the required documents to the Records Office.
  • Option 2: Email Submission
    Send scanned copies of the required documents to sbsqc@stbridgetschool-qc.edu.ph and wait for confirmation.
 STEP 2: PAYMENT AND EXAM PERMIT

  • Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Php 500.00 at the cashier or via bank transfer.

  • Present the payment receipt at the Records Office to receive the School Readiness Assessment Permit.
 STEP 3: EXAMINATION AND INTERVIEW

  • Exam: Go to the Guidance Office on the scheduled date, present your permit, and take the exam.
  • Interview: After the exam, the student and parents will have an interview with the Guidance Counselor.
  • Result: Admission results will be provided immediately after the interview.
